Customer Care - Residents

Comstock Homes develops and manages select properties as rental communities. Understanding how busy people are these days we seek to provide convenient living options for those that prefer renting rather than purchasing a home. We select locations based on proximity to employment centers, transportation facilities, shopping facilities, entertainment venues, recreational facilities and cultural centers.

We understand the significance of your decision when selecting a home, and the financial commitment you make when you choose to live in a Comstock rental property. We draw upon our significant experience developing for-sale residential communities and focusing on customer service for homebuyers to ensure that residents of our rental communities receive the same high level of customer care as our home buying customers.
